Position Overview:The National Sales Manager – Wealth will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, analyzing sales data, managing budgets, maintaining relationships and ensuring sales targets are met to exceed on a national scale. Specific responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of sales professionals to meet net sales goals; traveling regularly with sales for appropriate coaching, development and oversight.
Senior BDE responsibility for Central Region.
Building an appropriate compensation plan that includes both quantitative and qualitative criteria that is aligned with the goals of WCG.
Cultivating and maintaining key relationships with Wealth Leadership.
Conducting regular business reviews with Regional Management teams to advance relationships and obtain timely feedback for improvement.
Maintaining close relationship with Northern Trust Wealth Investment Practice.
Collaborating with internal teams including data reporting, product and marketing to tailor offerings to the needs of Wealth and Wealth Sales teams.
Managing and leading national campaigns/roadshows that highlight and introduce key products and portfolios - representing NTAM as senior leader to kick off and drive strategic messaging.
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and sales performance metrics to track progress.
Identifying risks in the business across solutions, competition and partnership.
Providing regular reporting to senior leadership on sales and activity.
Ensure compliance with Wealth and NTAM's policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Location: Chicago
10+ years of financial services sales and/or leadership experience.
Series 7, 24 required.
Extensive industry experience with Private Wealth competition and knowledge of working with UHNW teams.
Prefer advanced degree or designations such as CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP, CPA.
