Position Overview:As a senior marketing analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic decision-making and processes for TAG's marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of our marketing spend, developing tailored marketing approaches for our local offices, and generating actionable insights to drive business growth. Your ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate effectively will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities:
Location-Specific Analysis:
Provide ad hoc analytical support to individual locations, helping them understand their unique market dynamics, customer demographics, and marketing performance.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Analyze market data to inform marketing strategies.
Financial Tracking:
Develop and maintain financial models to track marketing spend, forecast ROI, and support budget allocation decisions. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance, financial results, and key insights to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve marketing planning and analysis processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Competitive Analysis:
Monitor and analyze competitor marketing activities, identifying best practices and potential threats.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and overall business objectives.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, economics, or a related field; MBA or a related Master’s degree is a plus.
2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, financial planning and analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with advanced Excel skills and experience with marketing analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and marketing leadership.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
