What You Will Do:
The Digital Design Senior Consultant will support multiple federal and commercial clients by designing presentations, reports, infographics, social media posts, data visualizations, illustrations, animations, and more. Digital Design Consultants must be able to professionally engage directly with clients to facilitate brainstorming and gather design specifications for work products.
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship is required
Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience
Demonstrated portfolio of work, including samples (include link on resume)
Ability to self-manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelines
Self-awareness of required hours to complete tasks
Experience creating and designing the following:
Infographics/one-pagers
Logos/brand identity
Presentations
Reports
Animations/short videos
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
Compensation may vary based on education, skills, experience, and location.
This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.
Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
At least Three (3) years as a consultant with the federal government or other clients in highly regulated industries.
Experience in User Experience and/or User Interface (UX/UI) design including user stories and user workflows.
Ability to animate characters and create a variety of videos.
Experience with other design tools such as Figma.
The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
