Our client in the banking and finance industry is seeking a Validation Analyst to join their team. As a Validation Analyst, you will be part of the Callback team responsible for performing request validations for corporate customers. The ideal candidate will have strong client service skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and experience in UAT testing.

What's the Job?
Receive requests from internal teams and validate authorization abilityPerform authentication proceduresConfirm wire instructionsClose out requests and note actionsEnsure proper handling of escalated requestsParticipate in monthly regression testing once new updates are released on internal systemsCollaborate with partners to solve any complex issuesWhat's Needed?
Strong client service skills or call center operations experienceProficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables/ VLOOKUPs)Experience in UAT testing (has participated in regression testing)EmpathyStrong attention to detailOrganizational skillsMulti-taskingStrong verbal communication skillsBanking and/ or finance experience is strongly preferredWhat's in it for me?
