We are seeking an IT Portfolio Management Analyst II/III to manage investments, projects, governance, and resource planning for our Information Technology departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:+ Investment & Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of IT investments and projects, ensuring they align with business priorities and deliver value.+ Governance & Resource Planning: Manage governance processes and resource allocation across multiple IT departments, optimizing the use of resources for efficient project delivery.+ Resource Management Implementation: Develop a deep understanding of the organizations resource management processes and guide the adoption and ongoing refinement of these practices across project teams.+ Process Integration: Ensure resource management practices are seamlessly integrated into project workflows and supported by the appropriate tools and systems.Ideal Candidate:+ Strong experience in IT portfolio and resource management, with a deep understanding of governance processes.+ Proven ability to implement and refine resource management practices to optimize project success.+ Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams in adopting best practices.+ Experience managing investments and projects across complex IT environments.Join our team and play a key role in driving the success of our IT initiatives through effective portfolio and resource management. Apply today!Minimum RequirementsIT Portfolio Management Analyst II | Delivery Center of Excellence+ Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field+ AND two (2) years' of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.+ Requires working technical knowledge gained through experience within a job area or systemIT Portfolio Management Analyst III | Delivery Center of Excellence+ Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field+ AND five (5) years of prior relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.+ Requires strong technical knowledge within a job area or system and basic knowledge across related technical areasPreferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications:+ Knowledge of digital technology asset life cycle management processes and supporting tools and services+ Familiarity with recognized software development and project management methodologies+ General knowledge and familiarity with the use of reporting tools to monitor portfolio activities and analyze portfolio performance+ Power BI dashboard experience (Create & Maintain)+ Process Improvement LEAN PrinciplesMajor Accountabilities1) Serve as lead in the organization and orchestration of aggregated portfolio reporting including but not limited to Resource Planning, Financial Forecasting, and key operational metrics.2) Manage and facilitate project phase gate meetings that are critical for execution of IT portfolio and report on trends and metrics.3) Identify capacity and capability gaps, and support development and delivery of metrics needed to drive resource decisions impacting the portfolio.4) Perform advanced level basic reporting and analysis of aggregated portfolio health issues5) Regularly provide guidance and assistance to other employeesExport Compliance / EEO StatementThis position may require access to and/or use of information subject to control under the Department of Energy's Part 810 Regulations (10 CFR Part 810), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730 through 774), or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter M Part 120) (collectively, 'U.S. Export Control Laws').
