Join us and be part of a team shaping the future of the industry.Position:We are looking for a creative, results-oriented and data-driven leader with a proven track record of growing B2B businesses. You will be responsible for strategizing, testing, executing, and measuring effective campaigns that help Omeda reach our growth goals. You will lead and manage strategy and execution across a variety of tactics and channels, including, but not limited to, email, events, paid content and sponsorships, social media, and paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will know how to be a close collaborator with Sales, ensuring that opportunity generation is consistent, high quality and setting the business up to hit growth goals.Responsibilities:Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Focus on ABM strategies and tactics to engage specific accounts and buying group personas effectively.Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business and revenue goals. Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including channel mix, content creation, timing, and execution strategies.Demand Generation Campaigns: Develop and execute demand generation campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and pipeline growth, with a strong focus on driving measurable results across channels.Lead Nurturing Strategies: Own lead nurturing strategies to ensure leads are effectively guided through the sales funnel, optimizing touchpoints at every stage of the buyer's journey.Sales and Revenue Operations Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and revenue operations teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals, optimize lead hand-off processes, and ensure seamless collaboration.Targeted Campaign Execution: Run targeted campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and paid ads tailored to specific personas or accounts to maximize engagement and lead capture.Advertising Campaign Management: Manage advertising campaigns (e.g., social media ads, search, and display) to increase awareness and engagement, ensuring alignment with lead generation and pipeline objectives.Lead Conversion Focus: Emphasize lead conversion and opportunity creation, ensuring that generated leads are nurtured into qualified opportunities for the sales team.Performance Measurement and Optimization: Continuously measure, report, and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize pipeline growth, lead quality, and revenue impact.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience in a B2B environment, particularly in technology-driven companies that require a considered purchase with multiple decision makers.7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline development.Proven experience in developing integrated campaign strategies and successfully managing multi-channel campaigns.Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and best practices for maximizing lead generation.Experience in the Marketing Technology industry or media and publishing space.Skills:Proven ability to develop and execute successful lead generation strategies.Strategic planning skills, with the ability to design data-driven, scalable demand generation campaigns.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, especially in assessing campaign effectiveness and making ongoing improvements.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with sales and product teams.Familiarity with ABM tactics and targeted marketing approaches.Why you will love working with us:The opportunity for business, market, and customer impact.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.Competitive salary + benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k and more.Paid time off to support work-life balance, including company holidays, vacation, personal and sick time.Remote friendly, supportive team, and opportunities for collaboration at our Chicago home office.Omeda is an equal opportunity employer.
