Anduril’s supply chain, accounting, sales & growth, people, engineering, field maintenance, quality, manufacturing, and many more teams rely on the technology built by us. We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and capabilities necessary for mission success.The Senior Product Manager, PeopleOS will be responsible for leading the evolution and ongoing optimization of our People Systems (HRIS, ATS, Payroll, Staffing, etc.), known as PeopleOS, to meet the growing needs of our company. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the People Org (inclusive of Talent Acquisition, People Ops, Business Partners, Total Rewards), Business Systems, other stakeholder teams (Finance, Analytics, business lines), and external vendors to ensure that our People Systems solutions are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives. Your work will directly impact the employee experience by optimizing our People Systems.Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:Lead the discovery, designing, and implementation, and optimization of core People workflows into PeopleOS, ensuring alignment with the People Org’s strategy and business goals.Serve as the technical expert and point of contact for the People Org, providing support, troubleshooting, and training to users.Collaborate with People, Business Systems, and Analytics to develop and implement system enhancements, including the creation of custom reports, dashboards, and interfaces.Work closely with People teams to optimize processes and workflows inside their systems for improved efficiency and user experience.Engage with vendors and consultants to address technical challenges and ensure delivery of contracted services.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for procedures, system configurations, and process flows.Stay informed on the latest trends in People technology to drive innovation and improvements within the organization.Required Characteristics:

7+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 2 years in a solution architect, product manager, or related leadership role.Strong technical knowledge of common People Systems, such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling, or similar systems.Experience leading multiple RFPs for HR systems and managing system integrations and data migration.Demonstrated ability to optimize and scale HR technology platforms effectively.In-depth knowledge of HR business processes with expertise in areas such as staffing, talent acquisition, and HR metrics.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership experience, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.Demonstrated experience in process improvement and change management.Familiarity with HR compliance, SOX, and data protection regulations.US Salary Range: $150,000 - $225,000 USD. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
