ResponsibilitiesCooperate with manufacturers and clients and provide suitable server hardware solutions to the clients;Configure server components build-of-material (BOM) to fulfill the client’s requirement; ensure server compatibility and stability;Establish and maintain an efficient and effective supply chain management through the selection, qualification, and ongoing management of suppliers related to Ma Labs’ Server Solution service;Study and analyze technical data and product specifications of our Server Solution to forecast immediate and future needs and formulate professional procurement strategies of products;Analyze costs, conduct research, and forecast for the procurement of Servers;Confer with vendors, customers, and management to negotiate pricing and ascertain availability;Maintain procurement database using internal ERP system to monitor inventory, analyze costs, freight delivery, product quality, and performance.Qualifications

Qualifications:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5+ years of working experience in the PC industryExpert knowledge in server products and system integrationPrevious purchasing or sales experience in the PC industry is a plusAble to handle confidential information in a professional mannerWill act with a sense of urgency, high-quality judgment, and sound decision makingExceptional organization skills with strong attention to detailSolid interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentationExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactionsAdditional Information
