Job Summary: The Operating Director/Aesthetic Sales Manager will oversee all operations – both managerial and administrative. The role has autonomy in ways of hiring, motivating and leading their teams to success which includes meeting monthly KPIs. Focus on excellent customer service, professionalism and confidentiality is required. An ideal person utilizes problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and excellent judgment under pressure.

Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to meet deadlines

Ability to source, train and develop talent

Implementation of new policies or processes.

Analytical Skills: Able to find efficiencies, problem solving and assist challenges as they arise.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, technology savvy

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

3-5 years of managerial experience, ideally in a wellness center or medical spa setting.

Responsibilities:

Focus on leading teams to generate new leads and new member conversions

Source, recruit and train all front of house staff

Set and meet monthly KPIs

Staff development

Execute progressive disciplinary actions when necessary

Oversee day-to-day operations of all offices, providing management/ owners with regular updates

Maintain compliance with insurance, business, medical and legal, including all federal and state legislation

Vendor set-up, management, and ongoing relationships reviews

Order supplies and equipment as needed

Maintain business office inventory and equipment functionality

Protect Patient Rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.

Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; maximizing productivity and efficiency

Working cross-functionally with the team to achieve company priorities.

Liaise with medical team members pre and post-therapy and participate in shared decision making

Physical Demands:

Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. However, the position requires the following physical activities: Ability to lift at least 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; sit, stand, stoop, walk, stretch, reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.

Salary:

$75,000 yearly base plus bonus potential
