Our state-of-the-art technology empowers orchard managers to optimize their operations, dramatically reduce operational expenses, and increase profitability.Job Overview:Bonsai is seeking an experienced recruiting professional to assist with sourcing talent, managing recruiting, and administrative functions at the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, recruiting, human resources, and business operations, including familiarity with finance, office management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. This candidate will unlock the potential of Bonsai's core teams by curating and growing Bonsai's team, streamlining processes, and assisting in ensuring that day to day operations of the business are smooth and seamless.What you'll do:Source talent for Bonsai's core functions, including engineering, field operations, business operations, finance, and moreSuggest, develop, and implement new HR / general company policies and initiatives, with input from the company's leadership teamOffice management, including maintaining general organization and operational efficiency, procurement of office supplies / snacks, management of the lunch program, etc.New employee onboardingCoordinating and managing deliveries at Bonsai's HQ, field office, and other locationsSchedule and manage visitors to Bonsai's HQ officeCompany event managementAssist the leadership and broader Bonsai team with other initiatives as assignedQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field2+ years demonstrated success with sourcing and recruitingAbility to operate under deadlines and ambiguity in an environment with changing prioritiesAbility to interface professionally with C-Suite executives, customers, partners, etc.Willingness and interest to operate in various areas of the business and grow skillsetWhile this is a hybrid role, this role requires availability to be at the company's San Jose HQ as needed and occasional travel to the company's field office in Davis, CAMaster’s Degree, SHRM certification, or related further education or certificationsFull stack recruiting experienceExperience operating in the same or similar space (agriculture)Experience operating in a startup environmentExperience working with C-level executivesExperience with scheduling meetings of multiple people with busy calendarsExperience with programs such as Slack, Confluence, and the Google Workspace ecosystemExperience with Rippling specifically is a huge plus, but any HRIS experience will be helpful in this roleBonsai Robotics values diversity, inclusivity, and excellence in hiring and strongly encourages candidates from traditionally underrepresented backgrounds to apply.The pay range for this role is:70,000 - 150,000 USD per year (Headquarters Physical Address)
