Key Responsibilities:
Manage all financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsReconcile bank and credit card accounts and ensure accurate record-keepingMonitor cash flow, budgets, and prepare forecastsHandle tax filings and collaborate with external tax advisorsEnsure compliance with healthcare financial regulations and tax lawsProvide financial analysis and insights to assist in strategic planning and decision-makingMaintains confidentiality and security of sensitive financial informationRequirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the healthcare, medical, or related fieldStrong proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
and
QuickBooks OnlineThorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulationsExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
