Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager to streamline our marketing processes, drive efficiency, and ensure data-driven decision-making across our teams. In this role, you will work at the intersection of marketing strategy, data analytics, and operational excellence, supporting the execution of key campaigns and initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, allocate resources, and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
This position requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and operational expertise to help us scale our marketing efforts and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee marketing workflows, processes, and systems to ensure smooth operations, enabling the team to execute campaigns and initiatives effectively and on time.
Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to generate insights that inform strategic decisions, campaign improvements, and process optimization.
Lead cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring clear timelines, resource allocation, and accountability to meet business objectives.
Work with marketing automation and analytics platforms to streamline operations, track performance, and improve lead management processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure resources (budget, personnel, tools) are effectively utilized for maximum impact.
Partner with marketing leadership to align operational plans with overall business and marketing strategies, driving key initiatives forward.
Continuously assess and refine operational processes, workflows, and technology use to improve productivity and scalability.
Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and contribute to integrated marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a related role
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) required
Proficiency with PMP software required
Proficiency with CRM software required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and recommend strategic improvements.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects.
Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work across teams and departments.
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
