You Are:
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager with deep expertise in fintech and payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Spring Boot, Cassandra, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. You will lead product development efforts, define the product vision, and ensure that our solutions align with customer needs and industry standards.
The opportunity:
Define and communicate the product roadmap, vision, and strategy for payment solutions and Wallet APIs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement scalable solutions using Spring Boot, Cassandra, and microservices architecture.
Lead architecture discussions, producing high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design documentation.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Leverage analytics platforms like Snowflake to derive insights and inform product decisions.
Stay informed about fintech concepts and key design principles to drive innovation in our payment solutions.
Ensure compliance with security standards, including SOX and PCI, in product design and implementation.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
Strong technical expertise in Spring Boot, Cassandra, and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with cloud architecture and queuing systems.
Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Snowflake.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards, particularly SOX and PCI.
Proven experience designing recurring payment solutions and Wallet API solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Remote
Compensation Range:
$110,400-$165,600
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
