What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the global alliance with the employer, managing a matrix global team of technical and marketing resources
Develop and execute the partner business plan, strategy, and vision, including conducting quarterly business reviews with C-level executives
Align employer solutions with partner business needs to create compelling go-to-market propositions
Collaborate with product and R&D teams to enhance mutual customer experiences through joint strategies
Manage and report on action items, business plan development, marketing successes, and partner sales forecasts
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience
3+ years of experience in a partner role within the observability or security space, specifically with the employer
Willingness to travel globally up to 35%
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both business leaders and technical staff
Experience managing time and travel expenses in accordance with company requirements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
10+ years of experience in software sales, systems integration delivery, or channel management
Experience directing a global Hyperscaler team with matrix responsibilities
Familiarity with observability concepts and their importance
A strong track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business revenues
Previous experience in leading strategic development for Global Systems Integrator/Hyperscaler alliances
