\*\*Job Summary: \*\*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate substance use challenges. The successful candidate will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
\*\*Key Responsibilities: \*\*
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices in the field.
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards as outlined by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and state licensing board.
\*\*Qualifications: \*\*
- (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid LCPC/LCSW license in the state of Idaho.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
