Position Summary

The Sales Trainer is responsible for facilitating training for Toyota Material Handling dealers utilizing a variety of delivery modes. You will be responsible to identify training and development needs within our dealer network and execute on initiatives to meet those needs; enhancing performance, moral, and corporate loyalty throughout the organization while reflecting Toyota Material Handling core values.

Education & Experience

Lead collaborative efforts with stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training requirements and develop plans tailored to meet training needsLead the design and development of comprehensive learning and development programs, informed by thorough research and analysisPlan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer aided instructional technologies, simulators, conferences and workshopsConduct evaluations of participants to ensure understanding of the subject matter and implement targeted strategies to bridge knowledge gapsMaintain proficiency related to programs in which you are responsible for and take action on identified areas of opportunity within the training curriculumEstablish and cultivate an enriching learning environment conducive to continuous growth and development, empowering learners to acquire advanced knowledge, skills, and competenciesAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerAdditional duties as assigned

May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion. Frequent use of computer and telephone.

Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
