Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst Project Director to lead and manage the cloud implementation of Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) application for a Business Platform of Nidec, a leading industrial manufacturer of electric motors. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in both IT business analysis and project management, with proven expertise in CPQ solutions Job Description Key Responsibilities: A. Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle CPQ, ensuring successful project delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Manage the project team and coordinate resources across third-party implementation partners, internal team members, internal IT and technology teams, and business unit user community. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or changes. B. Business Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives related to the Oracle CPQ implementation, including the strategic vision for "to-be" state. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment. Conduct gap analyses to identify areas where existing processes and systems need to be adapted or redesigned. Develop and execute test plans to validate the system meets business needs and requirements. C. Configuration and Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of the Oracle CPQ application to meet the unique needs and strategy of the USM Platform. Work with Oracle CPQ consultants and technical teams to ensure the system is tailored to the complexity of the product offerings. D. Change Management and Training: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system across the organization. Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to maximize system adoption and efficiency. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after the implementation phase. E. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and Oracle representatives. Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders and senior management. Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Additional Job Details Qualifications: Required: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis and project management, with a focus on implementing cloud-based solutions. Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) applications and their implementation in a cloud environment. Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of managing large-scale IT projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP) preferred. Degree in Information Technology. Expertise in Oracle CPQ solutions. Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes.
