On behalf of one of our Utility clients: Procom Services is seeking a tech-savvy UI/UX Developer/Programmer for a 12 month plus hybrid role in San Antonio, TX (W2 only) This person will be advancing next-generation digital workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead resource for communicating and collaborating with business and technology end-users to create and support holistic solutions for high-visibility ongoing projects. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for creating mobile and web experiences and interfaces. Working with full-stack application development teams is a plus. The developer must have a keen understanding of modern web technology stacks, with a strong focus on front-end programming.
UI/UX Developer III Job Details- **Lead Collaboration:** Act as the primary liaison between business and technology end-users to develop holistic solutions for ongoing projects.- **UI/UX Development:** Create and enhance mobile and web user interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences.- **Front-End Programming:** Utilize strong hands-on programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular on LAMP/MEAN/MERN stacks.- **Design Solutions:** Develop conceptual and detailed design solutions based on end-user needs.- **Cross-Functional Teamwork:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.- **ADA Compliance:** Ensure all user interfaces comply with ADA standards and guidelines.
UI/UX Developer III Mandatory Skills- **Education:** High School Diploma or GED minimum; higher education preferred.- **Experience:** Extensive experience in front-end web application development.- **Programming Skills:** Proficiency in at least one programming language-Java, JavaScript, React, Vue.js, or Angular-on LAMP/MEAN/MERN stacks.- **Design Expertise:** Experience in creating conceptual and detailed design solutions tailored to end-user requirements.- **CMS Knowledge:** Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager, SharePoint, and WordPress CMS is a plus.- **Methodologies:** Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies in cross-functional teams.- **Must-Have Skills:** Knowledge of ADA compliance, proficiency in Adobe AEM, and UI front-end development.
UI/UX Developer III Desired Skills- **Nice-to-Have Skills:** Experience with AJAX, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST API, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate (formerly known as Flow).- **Additional Skills:** Familiarity with CSS3, ESQL, SQL, Java, HTML5, MEAN Stack, ReactJS, React Native, user interface design, and Vue.js.- **Tech Savvy:** Keen understanding of modern web technology stacks, especially front-end programming.
