**Must-Have:**- Strong CVOR background across all specialties- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in the following cases: CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases (robotic, lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Heart transplants, Fem-Pop Bypass- Experience in a fast-paced environment

**Job Description:**- Work in a level III trauma center with a Magnet Designation and Comprehensive Stroke Center- 938 beds, offering comprehensive surgical services- Handle cardio and thoracic surgeries including CABG, TAVR, valve replacements, and robotic thoracic cases- Participate in surgeries involving generator exchanges, lead extractions, heart transplants, and fem-pop bypasses- Engage as part of a surgical team with two RNs per case. Travelers will act as circulators- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio- Document pain levels before and after administering pain medication- Support from department supervisors, managers, team leads, anesthesia, and surgical assistant leads- Utilize EPIC charting system and operate equipment like Alaris, Pyxis, and Davinci XI- No floating required- Participate in a weekend support program and adhere to a fatigue policy- Participate in an on-call weekend rotation and holiday on-call as needed- Two-week orientation provided- Responsibility for documenting the pain score accurately
