Professional development and growth opportunities.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the healthcare OR Janitorial/Sanitation industries. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitors’ status. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives. Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the healthcare OR Janitorial/Sanitation industries. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to build rapport and relationships with clients at all levels.
