Responsibilities Job descriptionNorth Spring Behavioral Healthcare is hiring a Director of Business Development. As the Director of Business Development, you will lead the strategic growth initiatives of the company by leveraging your core skills in business development, strategic planning, and marketing. Utilizing your relevant skills in negotiation, project management, customer relationship management, and marketing, you will cultivate strong partnerships, oversee key projects, and enhance customer engagement.
