We are currently seeking proficient Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team and provide exceptional care to our residents.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing direct care and support to our residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promote their independence and well-being, and contribute to a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued and respected.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facilityProvide direct care to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding, according to individual care plans and preferencesAssist residents with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices as neededMonitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and other relevant information, reporting any changes or concerns to licensed nursing staffRespond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance, demonstrating compassion, patience, and empathy in all interactionsAssist with the implementation of therapeutic and recreational activities designed to enhance residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-beingMaintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and safety regulationsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care and meet the individual needs and preferences of residentsProvide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting socialization and engagementOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 years of ageActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the State of practiceSuccessful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training programCompassionate and patient-centered approach to resident careStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and dependable with a strong work ethicEMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
