The Pediatric / Fetal Cardiovascular Sonographer independently performs professional level assessments and a variety of non- invasive studies using ultrasound and related diagnostic technology as appropriate and records the results and clinical preliminary impressions as indicated.

Responsibilities:Greater Nashville Maternal-Fetal Medicine is celebrating more than 15 years of patient care for women with complicated pregnancies in Middle Tennessee. We are a group of specialists, sometimes called perinatologists or high-risk obstetricians, with training in obstetrics and gynecology and an in-depth understanding of pregnancy complications and treatments.Present cases to the reading physicianAssist with invasive proceduresDocument appropriately in the ultrasound reporting system as well as in the electronic medical recordAssist co-workers when neededRe-stock suppliesAmong other duties to assist the officeQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography programRDMS certified in OB/GYNMFM experience a mustFetal Echo registry a plusMust be willing to be trained in Fetal Echo and sit for the examNT Certification a plus but not necessary.Comfortable in a fast pace environmentMust have good communication skillsMust be able to work independentlyBenefits and Compensation:Benefits for Full Time employees and qualified dependents:
