As our Operations Assistant - Executive Secretary, you'll work flexible hours primarily between
Wednesday and Saturday, from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM . Shift lengths typically vary from 2 to 5 hours, providing flexibility to accommodate other commitments. Your day will revolve around supporting our operational needs and executive team. From managing paperwork and filing receipts to coordinating interviews and updating our menu and POS system, your attention to detail will ensure smooth operations. You'll handle administrative tasks, such as checking mail and voicemail, and follow up on assignments promptly. Additionally, you may assist in inspecting bars, putting away deliveries, and posting advertisements, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
You need:

Established in 2021, SoHo Bistro & Lounge is a new restaurant and bar serving the Manchester area. With delicious appetizers, entrees, and drinks, anyone can find something to enjoy here! Our managing partner, Barry Longshaw has been in the restaurant and nightclub business for over 30 years and is skilled at creating an excellent upscale dining experience. At night, we invite local DJs to come and play music.
