Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Location: Perry, GA
Job Details:
Full-time: 40 hours per weekSchedule: Monday to FridayOnsite: Provide services directly at the school site
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Support:
Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs.
Assessment and Intervention:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy into the educational environment.Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
IEP Meeting Participation:
Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to review student progress and update goals.
Requirements:
Educational Background:
Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Georgia.
Experience:
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
