Position Notes:
Travel Required Up To 50% Around Central/North Florida With Mileage Reimbursement + Travel ExpensesTroubleshoot and replace laptop, PC, and mobile devicesExpert level technical knowledge of desktops, mobiles devices, office software and networkingPerform hardware upgrades, hardware disposal, loaner program, asset inventory, software inventory, remote imaging, new hire setup, termination, relocation, remote and automated updates, and remote supportSet up, maintain, and troubleshoot Apple iPad tablets and iPhonesParticipate in IT Support queue which will result in assigning and prioritizing open issuesLog, prioritize, assign, and troubleshoot all calls, voicemails, emails, trouble tickets and walk-up requests reporting technical problems When appropriate, determine appropriate group for escalationTroubleshoot issues as 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for desktop and enterprise applications, local/networking printing, e-mail, connectivity, remote access, and hardware issuesPerform desktop computer, laptop, and mobile device updatesBuilddeployimage new workstations (desktops & laptops)Installupgrade hardwaresoftware on Windows workstationsExcellent time management, problem solving, communications, decision making, and organization skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essentialSet up and configure printers, scanners, and other peripheralsWorking knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server, and desktop technologiesExperienced in VOIP/PBX telephony systems
