Key Responsibilities:

Perform Quality Assurance inspection and test of final and in-process components, subassemblies, and assembliesInspect and measure components using micrometers, calipers, part specific gages, pin gages, height gages, optical comparator, surface finish standards and other standard measuring equipment (Mechanical QA)Will conduct daily energetics performance / acceptance testing to include use of: digital multi-meters (DMM), helium leak testers, and other specialized test equipment (Energetics QA)Accurately record inspection and test results in accordance with Good Documentation PracticesSuggest refinements to inspection and test proceduresDemonstrate proficiency of: GD&T including true position, certification / practical experience in any NDT discipline, and/or basic knowledge of electronic test methods / equipmentUse SharePoint and GP to maintain a structured documentation/records systemCommunicate clearly and effectively in a cross-functional team settingConduct quality compliance testing daily to minimize nonconforming partsSupport Lean 5S initiatives to achieve a workplace that is clean, uncluttered, safe, and well organized to help reduce waste and optimize productivityOther duties as assignedBenefits:

Hours are Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

This position will remain open until 4 p.m. on November 13, 2024.

Salary Description

$15.55 - $17.49
