Be a part of a dynamic clinical team that provides collaborative therapy services for clients ages 2 to 17. We are searching for a fun, dynamic SLP 3 days a week OR PRN to be a part of our team!

*Speech-Language Pathologist Job Responsibilities:** Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing/feeding difficulties.* Write initial evaluations along with recommendations* Develop and implement effective treatment plans and goals* Provide 1:1 or small group speech therapy sessions utilizing current best practices, and research and evidence based techniques and approaches* Provide counseling to clients’ and clients’ families about results of evaluation and recommended treatment options.* Complete accurate documentation and reporting for all client visits, including daily SOAP notes, daily billing sheets, 6 month progress reports and yearly re-evaluations* Train/Coach RBTs, BCBAs, and other MonArk Clinical team members about communication carryover in the clinic setting* Collaborate with clinical team and communicate in a timely manner* Keep a weekly up to date therapy schedule* Be familiar with (or be willing to learn) Speech Generating Devices* Delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate.* Abide by ASHA’s code of ethics* Provide at least 25-30 hours of billable time per week
*Speech Pathologist Qualifications / Skills:** Knowledge of Autism and related disorders* Familiarity with a variety of speech, language, and developmental disorders* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Basic computer literacy, with knowledge of google platform a plus* Ability to comply with all regulatory standards* Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple facilities* Willingness to use a combination of child-led therapy techniques along with positive reinforcement systems and behavioral techniques* Strong time management skills* Proficient in using both standardized and informal language assessments* Be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team including ABA professionals, physical therapists, and occupational therapists* Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development* Have physical capability for completing safety care training
*Education and Experience Requirements:** Masters degree in speech language pathology or related field* 1-3 years speech language pathology experience (CF’s are welcome to apply!)* Active state of Ohio SLP license* Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech- Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) credential offered by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, or be in the process of starting your Clinical Fellowship year* CPR certification

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
