JOB PURPOSE
We're seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead digital marketing analytics for clients across industries. This role involves managing and mentoring junior analysts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering insights that drive our clients' strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of media planning and buying, website tracking and analytics, advanced analytics techniques and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Lead a team of 1-2 junior analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development
Own end-to-end client deliverables, translating complex data analyses into actionable insights
Develop and maintain comprehensive measurement frameworks across paid media, owned, and earned channels
Drive optimization strategies through advanced analytics, A/B testing, and customer journey analysis
Partner with media planning teams to inform campaign strategy and budget allocation
Design and implement custom tracking solutions and analytics implementations
Create automated reporting solutions and interactive dashboards
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients
QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
Strong expertise in web analytics platforms (i.e., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Proficiency in media platforms and performance analysis (i.e., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic)
Advanced knowledge of tag management systems and tracking implementation (i.e., Google Tag Manager, TealiumIQ)
Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (i.e., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
Proven agency track record of leading analytics projects and managing client relationships
Experience managing and developing junior team members
Knowledge of marketing mix modeling and multi-touch attribution
Experience with statistical analysis tools a plus
