The IT Asset Management Technician will play a crucial role in managing the organization's IT assets. Key responsibilities include cataloging all IT asset entitlement information, ensuring data quality throughout the asset lifecycle, and creating and running comprehensive inventory reports across a multi-building organization. The technician will also assist with physical inventory audits, including imaging machines and kiosks. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various teams are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience:

Must be able to work in our Beachwood Community Support and Development Office.Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent.Computer repair and refurbishing experience is a plus.Demonstrated knowledge with the following technologies: Windows 10; Intune; iPhone/iPad iOS; Laptop hardware; Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook; Windows Server Printing; Active Directory Users and Computers; FedEx; Office 365; Exchange 2010; Business-line Mobile Device Administration (Verizon)Experience with Office 2007/2010/2013/2016Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related software, ensuring smooth operations and high user satisfaction.IT Healthcare Background a PLUS.Diagnose and resolve hardware issues for various devices, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.Offer software support by assisting users with operating systems (Windows 10/11, MacOS), applications, and software installations.Assist in device management tasks, including imaging laptops, desktops, and kiosks.Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues, such as VPN connections and internet access.Document and track technical issues to identify recurring problems and implement effective solutions.Participate in IT projects and assist with daily operations and activities as needed.Perform pre-configuration of equipment prior to shipment, ensuring quality and consistency in accordance with documented instructions.Validate pre-configured equipment to ensure proper functionality before shipping.Follow specific written work instructions to efficiently provision and configure IT devices for deployment based on customer requirements.Execute basic kitting of equipment and manage the unboxing, re-boxing, and processing of equipment for shipping.Clean, test, and inspect IT devices to maintain quality standards.Escalate technical issues to the immediate supervisor as necessary and participate in internal departmental and project meetings.Contribute suggestions for improving processes and efficiencies.Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and cost-efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.Lift (up to 60 lbs.), carry, stand, bend, and transport IT equipment, with physical activity comprising approximately 50% of the role.Utilize basic tools (e.g., screwdriver) and cleaning solutions for the teardown and rebuild of IT components.Follow any additional job-related instructions and perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.Shifts and Wages:
