As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with the most highly regarded companies in the world, tackle complex issues, and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.YOUR IMPACTAs a Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services (FS) solutions, you will lead the go-to-market strategy, communications, and content creation for our OpenText SWIFT Service Bureau and STP Financial Hub solutions. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll develop value-driven messaging for key buying centers and create targeted content, enablement materials, and programs to drive customer acquisition and expansion.This is a global role, requiring the adaptation of strategies and messages across regions. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact content, including messaging frameworks, persona cards, solution overviews, data sheets, explainer video scripts, blogs, white papers, webinars, and executive presentations. Your work will span campaign content (website and landing pages, collateral, and webinars) and social media, particularly LinkedIn and blogs, to engage our audience.WHAT THE ROLE OFFERSDevelop clear, compelling messaging and positioning that highlights the business value of OpenText's solutions for financial institutions throughout the buyer's journey.Serve as the product evangelist, communicating product value to internal and external audiences, including OpenText executives, sales teams, industry analysts, and customers. Present at customer and industry events and drive engagement through webinars, blogs, and social media.Collaborate with demand generation teams to optimize marketing strategies, drive traffic to content, and improve lead generation funnels.Create engaging content to support lead generation, nurture campaigns, and sales enablement, including presentations, blogs, white papers, success stories, and videos.Ensure overall sales readiness by supporting enablement activities through resources such as training materials, webinars, and wikis.Monitor the competitive landscape to refine product positioning and maintain competitive resources like battle cards and enablement presentations.Identify trends in financial institutions and integration markets, using these insights to inform product strategy and support sales.Plan and execute quarterly product launches and release strategies, targeting new customers.Work closely with Product Management to identify and market capabilities that meet customer needs and position OpenText in new markets.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEEDExtensive experience in enterprise software, particularly within FinTech, banking integrations, SWIFT systems, straight-through processing (STP), and broker/custodian workflows.Proven success in SaaS product marketing.10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in Product Marketing.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for producing detailed, value-driven content.Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to connect technical concepts to customer needs and value.Demonstrated success in enabling global sales teams to articulate product value and differentiation.Skilled at presenting to diverse audiences, from technical stakeholders to executive leadership.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.Self-starter who can prioritize effectively, driving projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight.Bachelor's degree in finance, software engineering, business, marketing, or a related field.
