The Data Visualization Engineer (Tableau) will work with business partners from across Docusign to develop and improve analytic dashboards that drive Docusign business. This work involves performing all steps in the dashboard development lifecycle in a fast-paced and quickly growing environment. Additionally, the Data Visualization Engineer will play an instrumental role in completing a successful conversion of existing legacy reports to Tableau. Your dashboard development expertise will ensure a best-in-class implementation of Tableau at Docusign and help drive strategy and vision for the business intelligence practice.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Senior Manager, Data Analytics.ResponsibilityDeliver Tableau dashboards by executing the end-to-end development lifecycle including requirements gathering, specification documentation, model architecture and development, dashboard prototyping and development, data catalog integration, user acceptance testing, production deployment, and optimizations and enhancements.Understanding and translating business requirements into dashboard design.Apply best practices when it comes to UI as well as performance of the dashboard.Contribute to Tableau Center of Excellence program.Champion corporate policies and laws regarding data privacy and security.Help keep the Tableau platform running optimally.Participate as part of an agile team.Contribute to the strategy and vision for centralized dashboards.Job Designation

Basic5+ years developing complex Tableau dashboards against high volume data sources.Experience developing data models to efficiently support analytic dashboards.Experience working within an agile development framework.Experience working with Figma/Miro for dashboard prototyping.PreferredTableau developer certification.Experience with Tableau platform administration.Advanced SQL proficiency.Experience with Snowflake database.Experience with dashboard migration projects - converting legacy reporting to Tableau.Experience in analytics and statistics.Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment.Ability to successfully collaborate with multiple technical functions in the areas of infrastructure, data operations, release management, and data and platform engineering.Experience in a company that has scaled or experience in both small and large scale data organizations.Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand requirements across wide-ranging audiences.Ability to manage multiple partners and expectations.Experience working with cross-team relationships and partnerships.Wage Transparency
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary.Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary.This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
