By turning legalese into business logic, Finley is able to automate required reporting, track compliance, calculate interest & fees, and produce real time performance & risk dashboards.Finley's software helps everyone in the debt capital ecosystem, from corporate borrowers and issuers to credit funds and banks. We’re building not only a product, but also a community!The RoleWe’re looking for an Account Executive to join Finley. This person will be mainly focused on our credit fund segment, but may be asked to assist with corporate borrowers as well. As an early employee, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy, product roadmap, and long-term trajectory.If you’re passionate about financial technology and growing as a relationship manager / deal closer, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-growth enterprise technology startup backed by Y Combinator and Bain Capital Ventures.Your responsibilitiesBuild a book of high-potential accounts and maintain sufficient pipeline to support successful attainment against quota.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at these accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.Own and execute the full deal cycle, including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals.Prepare written, verbal, and visual collateral to support your deal cycles.Work collaboratively with the Product and Engineering teams to inform a product roadmap that fits the needs of your accounts.We're looking forFinancial Expertise : You have 3 - 5 years of finance experience.Comfort Running Deal Cycles : You have ideally sold SaaS and understand how to engage multiple stakeholders in a complex deal cycle.Business Partners : You understand every detail of an account’s workflows and debt capital operations, and you take a consultative approach with prospects.Entrepreneurial Spirit : You thrive in dynamic settings and are self-driven to add value and solve new challenges.Strong Communication Skills : You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you can drive conversations with prospects forward by identifying clear next steps, even in uncertain conditions.Collaborators : You like collaborating with teams across the organization. You stay intellectually honest, challenge others without ego, and believe that the best solutions only emerge when everyone brings their perspective to the table.Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 a year (On-Target Earnings - OTE)
