A distinguished, upscale restaurant in New Orleans is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our team. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader passionate about fine dining, exceptional guest experiences, and operational excellence. As General Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the restaurant's success through exceptional leadership, staff development, and fostering a positive, high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Champion the guest experience by upholding a refined, welcoming atmosphere and exceeding guest expectations at every turn.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance, to maintain a polished and efficient environment.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a talented team dedicated to excellence, building a collaborative culture that aligns with the brand’s values.

Financial Oversight:

Manage budgets, control expenses, and drive profitability while focusing on exceptional service and product quality.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant setting.

Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team to exceed service expectations.

Strong understanding of financials, including P&L management, cost control, and budgeting.

Exceptional communication skills and a guest-focused mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and poise.
