Job Summary
We are seeking a Technology Architect with 6 to 10 years of experience specializing in Salesforce technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Identity and Security, SFDC Development and Customization, Salesforce Experience Cloud, SFDC Sharing and Visibility, Salesforce DevOps, SFDC Data, SFDC Lightning, SFDC Integration, and SFDC Configuration. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive impactful solutions and contribute to our company's success.Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality.Provide expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to ensure robust security measures.Implement Salesforce Experience Cloud to improve user engagement and experience.Manage SFDC Sharing and Visibility settings to ensure proper data access and security.Utilize Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment processes.Handle SFDC Data management to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Develop and customize SFDC Lightning components to enhance user interfaces.Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.Configure Salesforce settings to align with business needs and optimize performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in SFDC Identity and Security.Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Development and Customization.Have experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.Show knowledge of SFDC Sharing and Visibility.Be skilled in Salesforce DevOps practices.Have a solid understanding of SFDC Data management.Be proficient in SFDC Lightning development.Have experience with SFDC Integration.Be adept at SFDC Configuration.Nice to have experience in Product Lifecycle Management.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Certifications Required
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.Salary and Other Compensation:
