Purpose of the Role:

As the Senior Manager, Executive Equity Compensation, you will be a key member of our global Total Rewards team, responsible for managing and enhancing the executive equity compensation program. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful administration of the company's long-term incentive plans (LTIPs) and executive equity offerings. This role involves ensuring compliance with all reporting, regulatory, and governance obligations, while managing processes that support equity compensation for the plan participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Executive Equity Compensation Programs:Serve as the primary point of contact for the overall management and administration of executive equity compensation programs, including LTIPs and other plans.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of plan participant data and equity records, ensuring they are consistently up-to-date and compliant.Manage all aspects of the LTIP activities, including eligibility verification, year-end and off-cycle grant processing, vesting schedules, and participant communications.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Shared Services, and external vendors to address executive compensation inquiries and ensure compliance.Coordinate with payroll teams across multiple countries to provide accurate inputs for processing equity-related payments and ensure global compliance with tax and social security regulations related to executive compensation.Reporting and Compliance:Create and deliver detailed reports for executive compensation, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings, such as proxy statements, Forms 10-K and 10-Q, and other public disclosures.Provide executive compensation data and support audits, policies, and plan documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.Compensation Analytics and Market Benchmarking:Support executive base pay, benefits benchmarking, and executive pay ratio analysis by building reports and dashboards for data monitoring and validation.Assist with market analysis for executive compensation, using both internal and external benchmarking data to inform compensation strategies.Ad-hoc Projects and Total Rewards Support:Support broader Total Rewards initiatives and participate in global projects related to executive compensation.Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance the equity compensation program and overall total rewards strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in compensation or financial services, particularly in a regulated environment.Minimum of 7 years’ experience in executive compensation, rewards, or equity administration within a global company.Strong experience managing equity plans (e.g., stock options, RSUs, performance shares), including compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.Proven organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex processes.Ability to take initiative, and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.Strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.High level of confidentiality and discretion in dealing with sensitive compensation data.Experience with CRM, vendor management, and equity administration platforms.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with compensation tools and software is an asset.Fluent in English; additional language skills a plus.

Salary:
