Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Remote
Position Overview: The Senior Financial Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and facilitating informed decision-making throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this position is deeply involved in the ongoing processes of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, delivering essential insights to support our growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Lead and coordinate the company's financial planning processes.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to assess potential investments, business initiatives, and scenarios.
- Create and maintain detailed financial reporting packages for executive management and key stakeholders.
- Execute tactical cash planning and analysis, consistently reporting collections, cash position, and borrowing.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Handle transactional research, data management, and systems implementation.
Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 4+ years in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the technology field.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Expertise in NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, Power BI, Oracle Data Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
The Senior Financial Analyst role is remote. The hours for the Senior Financial Analyst are 7am-3pm MST.
