We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Echo Product Management Finance team that plans for and develops new Echo devices.The vision of Echo devices is to make the customers real world more connected, engaging, delightful, and convenient through devices and experiences that offer the full breadth of Alexa capabilities at an incredible value. As the Finance Manager supporting the Product Management team, you will be a critical partner in achieving this vision.Key job responsibilitiesPartner with finance and business users to determine and provide the metrics, reports, and analyses needed to manage the Echo device portfolio.Develop scalable solutions that utilize the highest standards of analytical rigor and data integrity.Learn and understand a broad range of Amazons data resources and know how, when, and which to use.Perform various ad hoc analyses to help business leaders solve business problems and understand the financial implications.About the teamThe Echo Product Management Finance team works with Product Managers to plan and develop new Echo Devices, and works with other Business and Finance teams under the broader umbrella of Alexa to deliver Alexa's capabilities to customers around the world.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience- 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience- 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experiencePreferred Qualifications- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processesAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $56,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $128,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
