Our team of executive assistants plays a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals and realize our ambitions by providing essential support and coordination. You’ll join a dynamic team committed to elevating the company through effective communication, organizational excellence, and proactive problem-solving.
Who You Are:
As the Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the President and Executive Team to support the company’s strategic goals. This role involves coordinating and managing executive schedules and events, preparing agendas and materials for meetings, and handling both internal and external communications. You will play a key role in supporting Lifestyle Communities’ strategic initiatives, providing essential administrative support, and assisting in strategic decision-making processes. Additionally, you will help gather and organize information to provide actionable insights to senior-level operators, management, and executives.
The Difference You Will Make:
Maintain the executives’ calendars for LC related business needs. This involves a great deal of flexibility and movement based on conflicting priorities and extensive travel schedules.Understand and prioritize requests from both inside and outside of the business that require Executives’ attention.Monitor the President's communication channels to ensure timely responses including emails, phone calls, and other communications.Assist President with management, implementation, and communication of key company initiatives, interacting with leaders from across all business units to ensure coordination and completion of all key action items and projects.Manage meeting coordination, preparation, agenda design, briefing summaries and presentation decks for internal and external engagements.Prepare executive correspondence on behalf of the President including letters, acknowledgments, Company communications, community relations memos, general client communication, etc.Submitting and approving expenses on behalf of the Executive Team.Serves as a community contact liaison for all Lifestyle Communities' initiatives.Coordinate itineraries and agendas for travel, including booking.Prepare, request and manage ad-hoc reports and project management for priority initiatives of the President, as requested or anticipated.Embraces the role as a trusted partner to the President and the Executive Team, extremely mindful of confidentiality of business, personal and professional matters.Provides accessibility beyond normal business hours for all appropriate and urgent matters.Complete other projects as directed and assigned by the Executive Team.What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate’s degree or equivalent required.Ten plus (10+) years of relevant work experience supporting high-performance, top-level executives.Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Admin, or Secretary in a professional capacity is needed.
