Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Analyst local to Topeka. As a Tier 3 Support Technician, your primary focus will be managing computer tickets, with an emphasis on software issues running on servers and hardware issues related to printers and computers. You will utilize Ivante as the ticketing system until its end of life in 2025, transitioning to M365 ticketing thereafter. Your role involves handling walk-ins and submitted tickets, providing support for approximately 1,000 computers and 400 servers. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up new servers and replacing old ones in the data center.
