Job Title: Nursing Position Job Specialty: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Acute Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 40 hours per week, Rotating Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 32 Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience License: Certified Nursing Assistant Certifications: Certified via Prometric (specifically for the locality) Must-Have: Must be able to work every weekend Job Description: - Ensure patients' needs are met with high-quality care in an acute setting.- Responsible for 40 scheduled hours per week, consisting of two 8-hour shifts and two 12-hour shifts.- Adaptability to rotating shifts.- Compliance with certification requirements prior to the start of the contract.- Holiday coverage is required; shifts beginning on a holiday will be compensated at a holiday rate.- Conduct patient hygiene, assist with daily activities, and provide direct patient care.- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (Cerner) is preferred.- Work collaboratively with healthcare team members in a Level 3 Trauma setting.- Ability to maintain professionalism in a 150-500 bed size facility.
