Performing comprehensive physical exams, diagnosing health and medical conditions, and managing patient health care in women's health field.2. Collaborating with other health care providers to discuss patient care and treatment options.3. Ordering, interpreting, and explaining diagnostic tests to patients such as laboratory results, Pap smears, ultrasounds, and mammograms.4. Providing specialized care for women, including prenatal care, contraceptive services, menopause management, and gynecologic health.5. Counseling and educating patients on health behaviors, self-care skills, and treatment options in reproductive health and wellness.6. Prescribing medications, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.7. Developing patient care plans and ensuring consistency of care, including coordination with other health care providers.8. Responding to patients' health problems by referring them to relevant specialists.9. Offering family planning services and advice, and providing guidance on fertility and infertility treatment options where required.10. Offering preventative health services, including breast cancer screenings and vaccines where required.11. Maintaining patient records, detail reports, and keeping track of treatment plans.12.
