Full Stack Developer

As a Full-Stack Software Developer at ProjectCGR, you'll play a crucial role in developing our marketplace platform. You'll work collaboratively with our in-house team and an outside firm to deliver a robust, scalable solution. This position offers unique growth opportunities and potential leadership roles as we expand our team and bring our product to market. Primary Technologies React React Native Tailwind Node TypeScript SQL AWS Key Responsibilities Develop full-stack code for our marketplace platform using our primary technology stack. Design and implement features that cater to both sides of our marketplace Deploy server and front-end applications to cloud providers, primarily AWS Continuously improve your software development skills and knowledge Contribute to the architecture and design of our platform Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to implement user-friendly features Work effectively with our partner firm, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills Contribute to the growth and development of our in-house team Maintain the confidentiality required in a stealth startup environment Qualifications Proven experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong portfolio of projects Proficiency in our primary technology stack (React, React Native, Tailwind, Node, TypeScript, SQL, AWS) Experience with cloud deployment, preferably AWS Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptability to work with external partners and integrate into multi-team projects Self-motivated with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies Experience with or interest in marketplace platforms is a plus Comfort with the fast-paced, ever-changing environment of a startup Experience working with the following platforms is a plus: On-demand service marketplaces Gig economy platforms Service-based platforms Marketplace apps for local services Platform-to-consumer (P2C) services Freelance or task-oriented apps Peer-to-peer service networks Work Environment Office location: San Diego, CA (92117 In-office work required Fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Opportunity to work on an innovative platform in the home, health, and care markets Growth Opportunities Potential for leadership roles as our in-house team expands Continuous learning and skill development Chance to make a significant impact in a startup environment Exposure to all aspects of building a marketplace platform If you're passionate about full-stack development, excited by the challenge of building a two-sided marketplace, and want to make a difference in the home, health, and care sectors, we encourage you to apply.
