Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in designing, creating and analyzing reports regarding employer workforce, hiring, compensation and other Human Resources trendsWork closely with attorneys in preparing and defending affirmative action plans subject to government auditProvides direction to other team members on tasks associated with AAP audit preparation and responding to OFCCP RFIsProvides analysis of industry or practice group issues and assist in the development of solutions to address these issuesActively lead teams to enhance team performanceProvide clear and concise communications regarding the analysis processes and results - both written and oral - to attorneys and client contacts, with the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand mannerUnderstand and respond to client needs and objectives and handle client interfaces and communications effectively and accurately without supervisionProactively manage day-to-day efforts of project teams and project progress and proactively manages quality of team deliverablesSupport training and supervision of analysts on problem solving and analytical skillsEnsures team members understand practice group services and deliverables and suggests additions/enhancements to practice group services and deliverable as neededPlans projects including milestones and establish timeline and tracks progressProactively identify issues and recommend alternatives to improve process efficiency or methodology, identify gaps in available facts and proposes steps to obtain and analyze additional informationTake active role in firm/practice group building activities such as recruiting, training, and offering process-oriented enhancementsQualifications/Skills Requirement:

Ability to understands complex issues and independently formulate analytical approach in a logical fashionAble to give direction to other team members by applying technical knowledge and techniques to present facts, analysis and conclusions or solutions that demonstrate command of contentMust have high level of proficiency with MS Office, including ExcelAttention to detail, strong organization and communication skillsAbility to interpret and report on client dataUnderstanding of statistical concepts and tools strongly preferredWorks well under pressure and accurately completes tasks in a timely manner.Responds well to fluctuating priorities and manages difficult situations professionally including reprioritization of team tasksEducational Requirements:

BS/BA RequiredConcentration in Math/Statistics/Human Resources preferredMinimum of 2 years' experience, preferably within a legal or HR context

For Colorado, the expected salary range for this position is between$29.00 and $34.00 per hour. For New York, the expected salary range for this position is between $31.90 and$37.40 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
