Your Responsibilities on the TeamConduct data collection, cleansing, and preparation for analysis.Perform data analysis using statistical tools and techniques.Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.Document data processing steps and analysis methodologies.Collaborate internally and cross-functionally to maintain data integrity and quality across platforms.RequirementsStrong knowledge and experience with data cleaning techniques, including handling missing data, outliers, and duplicates.Experience with standard data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to create reports and dashboards.Understanding of how to choose appropriate visualizations for different data types.Understanding of relational database concepts (tables, relationships, primary keys) and their applications.Foundational knowledge of data storage and retrieval processes.Experience with programming (e.g., Python, Shell Script, SQL), data modeling, and developing features within AWS cloud.Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics)Ability to clearly explain data findings to team members and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to identify issues and suggest simple solutions.Works effectively in team settings, contributing positively to group efforts.Demonstrates honesty and ethical behavior in all tasks and interactions.Adapts to challenges and recovers quickly from setbacks, maintaining a positive attitude.Open to new ideas and ready to support changes that improve processes or outcomes.Begins to understand and appreciate the roles of other teams in the organization.Takes initiative in own development and seeks feedback from more experienced team members.Takes responsibility for own work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
