Position Description:

This position is located in our Columbus, Ohio office however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

CGI is looking for a Webmethods Developer, the candidate will be responsible for developing,and implementing complex integrations. He/she will work closely with technical/non-technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them high level design documents for WebMethods.

Your future duties and responsibilities:•Own and influence the development, implementation, assessment, and support of one or more environments, applications, or platforms.•Independently develops clean, maintainable, testable code/configurations for work assigned; performs reviews as needed.•Designs solutions for the overall health, performance, and availability and actively works resolution of system and client experience impacts for one or more environments, applications, or platforms.•Advocates for improvements.•Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues•Strong interpersonal communication skills•Applies, and prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.•Creates technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for developing code•Identifies and develops potential standards and best practices.•Strong implementation coordination and communication skills

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:•WebMethods development experience using SoftwareAG Integration Server, Designer, Universal messaging, MWS TN. Atleast 1 RDBMS system (Oracle or SQL Server).•Familiarity with SOAPUI, Kibana•Ability to work with various non-technical / technical teams to understand and document Integration specific requirements.•Create high level/ detailed design documents specific to webMethods portion of work•Ability to present designs in technical meetings

Good to have•APIGEE/Java/Kafka knowledge is a plus•Knowledge on WM integration with mainframe/salesforce/google cloud is a plus

Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.•Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.•Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.•Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.•Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.•Ability to work in a team and help in team's expansion•Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $85,800 - $168,900.
