Job requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager specializing in MS Dynamics with a focus on sales process management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementations, ongoing reporting, and maintenance within MS Dynamics CRM environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of sales processes.
What you'll be doingConfiguration and Customization: Customize MS Dynamics CRM to optimize sales processes, including but not limited to entity customization, form design, workflow creation, and plugin development. Implement best practices for system configuration and ensure data integrity.Ongoing Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for MS Dynamics CRM, including user management, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements. Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement upgrades as necessary.Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within MS Dynamics CRM to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline management, and predictive trend analysis/forecasting. Work closely with sales and management teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on MS Dynamics CRM functionality and best practices. Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process workflows, and configuration documentation.Integration and Data Management: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and data sources. Develop data migration strategies and oversee data migration activities to ensure smooth transitions.Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest features and updates in MS Dynamics CRM and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Lead initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales processes through technology.What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a manager or similar role, with a focus on MS Dynamics CRM.In-depth knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM functionality, configuration, and customization.Experience leading full-cycle implementations of MS Dynamics CRM, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytics within MS Dynamics CRM.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM (e.g., MB-210, MB-230) are a plus.
