Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Sling Brand Marketing team is accountable for driving the brand strategy, planning, messaging, and consistency across the marketing organization. A big component of brand marketing includes the designing and execution of the experience plans. These campaigns are used to create a strong brand halo that improves perception and ultimately drives new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual brand planning, communication plan, and strategic content pillar development through deployment across the marketing organization
Own the free-to-paid and paid-to-free strategy, communication, and learning plan
Lead Brand TV and Online Video advertising campaigns, which include, but are not limited to creative asset development and execution, creative brief development, financial business case development, creative review and feedback, internal routing, consumer testing, video production process, and manage the in-market performance for the projects you are responsible for
Partner with Go-to-Market and PMO teams for strategic marketing initiative development and deployment based on long-term marketing strategies and goals
Lead weekly external and internal agency partner status on your respective lines of business
Create marketing messages & claims development for new products, services, and offers that ladder up to strategic marketing initiatives for your responsible companies in partnership with the Consumer Insights team and internal agency
Manage the marketing budget, which includes budget forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization for your lines of business
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or related field with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including Consumer Insights, Product, Programming, Go-to-Market, PR, Legal, and Finance; strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm
Management of agency experience required; experience bringing a campaign to life, from brief writing to on-air execution and in-market performance tracking
Must be results-oriented and possess an understanding of metrics and data
Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
