Who You Are:
As a Business Development Representative at Citian, you're on the frontline of driving our company's growth in new and existing markets across the U.S. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with multiple responsibilities - qualifying and following up with inbound leads and proactively generating new prospects through outbound activities. You will be traveling to various trade shows and conferences to build leads and our brand. You're confident in speaking to new prospects and developing these into leads and successful outcomes. You're a quick learner and adaptable and have a strong desire to progress through the company.
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of Business Development experienceAble to connect with decision-makers to highlight how solutions can help them solve the complexities of the transportation management marketCapable of processing and develop quality leads that can be converted into real-time sales opportunities by our Sales Executive teamDesire to make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to potential new customers and ensure all activity is logged with SalesforceAbility to thrive in a demanding, team-based, fast-moving environmentDriven self-starter with high initiative and confidenceHeavy focus on outbound prospecting activity through phone, email, and LinkedIn as well as other Sales toolsProficient in SalesforcePreferred Qualifications:
B2B sales experience in an inside sales capacityFamiliarity with state and local governments is a plusSaaS sales experienceYour Citian Advantage:
