ISHIR is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) who is well-networked with excellent sales and relationship-building skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and entrepreneurial drive. The AE is responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, acquisition, development, and expansion of customer opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

Lead Generation

Generating business leads to achieve short- and long-term revenue and profit growth through:

Executing direct sales programs (outbound sales activities, target account selling, networking, attending events, demand generation programs, etc.)

Leveraging Strategic Partners & Channels

Developing and executing a sales strategy to grow business at ISHIR.

Coordinating and working cohesively with the other departments to generate leads, manage opportunities and close new business.

Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline within HubSpot including support for Strategic Deal Reviews, Forecasting, Opportunity Management, and Business and Technical Proposal Reviews.

Lead follow-up and Closure -

Conduct in-depth research to understand prospect needs, challenges, and pain points. Engage with prospects through targeted phone, email, and social media outreach.

Proposal creation and delivery - Written and oral participation with engagement team.

Networking -

Identify local and industry-specific events and participate in them regularly for networking, building relationships, and lead generation.

Outreach -

Support Local Marketing Programs for brand development, market awareness, market positioning and market demand generation involving media, analysts and active participation in the IT community by our technical consultants and leadership team

- Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of:

ISHIR services and solutions

Industry and Market trends

ISHIR competitive differentiators and value proposition

AI and innovation projects

Local competitive environment

CRM Management - Be 100% disciplined about managing the entire sales lifecycle using our CRM (eg. Hubspot)

Training - Participate in sales training, be it self-initiated or company-run, and constantly learn about Consultative selling vs. hardcore Selling.

Travel - In US. (very minimal - as needed)

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years selling complex software, staff augmentation and consulting services (SaaS product experience is not preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of AI sales experience

Mid-market and Enterprise sales experience highly desirable

A winning track record of closing major account transactions with a broad array of companies.

Consistent track record of selling complex engagements to enterprise accounts

Demonstration of selling six figure IT projects to global 1000 customers

Solutions oriented, ability to assess customers' needs and align ISHIR services

Understanding of implementation services and project lifecycles

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Personable and professional presence

Proficient in lead generation and prospecting techniques, including cold calling and email outreach

Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts is a plus

Proposal development and delivery experience (written and oral)

Adept at using technology and CRM systems

A passion for the IT software and staff augmentation industry is a plus
